Career FAQs

What level of education do I need to apply?
We have positions for all levels of education. While our lead teachers and management positions require a college degree in early childhood education (or similar), we have many other positions which only require a high school degree. We are also dedicated to providing continuing education for our teachers so that they can reach their career goals with us.

Which location should I apply for?
We have four locations in Ohio. Please feel free to select the location of your choice. We will then reach out to you to discuss which locations has availability and would be a good fit for you.

I am applying from out of state or from another part of Ohio. Can in interview online or via phone?
While we would love to meet you in person if possible, we will gladly complete the screening process or interview via phone or video chat for those who are moving into our area and cannot meet us in person.
