Alexis Acevedo: I started at LBLC as a school-ager back when I was 6 years old and now, I have been at LBLC a year as a teacher. I knew as soon as I graduated that I wanted to make my impact here at LBLC the way they impacted me as a child. I have always loved the family atmosphere that was created here as a child and even more now as a teacher. I love that I can always count on my admin to help guide me and help me find resources whenever I need it. They have really pushed me to be the best I can be in the classroom as well as leaving room for self-growth.

Enaja Wade: I have been working at Little Buckeye for almost 2 years now and its been a great experience. The directors were very encouraging and flexible when I went to receive my CDA certification and I wouldn’t want to use it anywhere but here at LBLC.

Lilibeth Sanchez: Little Buckeye Learning Center provides awesome educational services, not only for the kids but for the staff as well. Working at Little Buckeye is very enjoyable and the teachers and admin have been very helpful since I have started here.

Aaron Cremeans: I have been with LBLC for 5 years now. I love working here. I started off as an Infant assistant, worked my way to a Lead teacher and with the encouragement and help from my director, I received my CDA and moved up to an admin. I choose to be here because I love serving this community and I love that we are all a team, who uplifts one another to be the best versions of ourselves. I have always felt nothing but successful here as well as cared for.  I love that my directors have always been flexible with me and always empathetic to all situations. I am not just a number here… I am a family member.

Crystal Love: I worked at LBLC back when I was in my early 20s and have always found myself returning to LBLC, because when I think of quality care with a touch of home, LBLC always comes to mind. LBLC has always been where I have felt the most comfortable being my truest self while also molding little minds and serving the community I grew up in. Its been a great experience and I am always learning something new.
